Lync 2013 For Mac Os
A: Lync 2013 is compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 8. Users of Windows XP or Vista will need to upgrade to a newer version of Windows to install Microsoft Office 2013. Q: Is Microsoft Office 2013 available for Mac OS X? All Office apps work fine and I also run S Project 2013 & Visio 2013. I have been trying to install Full Lync 2013 client for use with a corporate Lync server and have the following problem. I have the OS-x Lync 2011 client installed on the Mac system and it works. I run the Windows Lync 2013 setup and it appears to complete correctly.
- With the release of Skype for Business Server 2015 CU4 and Lync Server 2013 CU8 HF1, we will support Skype for Business on Mac as a desktop application. This means that having a mobility policy assigned to Mac users will not be required.
- In this situation, a native Lync client in Windows is Lync 2013 or Lync 2010. The native Lync client in Mac OS is Lync for Mac 2011. For Windows users On December 31, 2014, Microsoft released an update for Lync Server 2013 (Cumulative Update 5.0.8308.866) to remove the manual workaround instructions for 32-bit versions of Chrome.
